We kicked off our mornings with a breakfast that featured a variety of fresh, local ingredients. One morning, I savored a creamy risotto that perfectly encapsulated the essence of coastal Italy; the attention to detail was evident in each bite. Even my two dogs felt welcome as we enjoyed our meals on the terrace, where they were treated to snacks tailored for them. For dinner, we explored flavors reminding me of London but with an innovative twist only Italy can provide. Fontanar isn't just a hotel; it's a haven for food lovers, and I can't wait to return for another gourmet escapade. Highly recommended for those who appreciate great food and pet-friendly amenities!
